We are looking for ‘Superstar' Consultants and Managers for our City Office. We are an established boutique office support consultancy with a great reputation and fabulous offices in Lancaster Place WC2. We are looking for a number of consultants and managers working on warm desks in an exciting and thriving business. You will be recruiting secretarial and office support staff for a diverse client base including FTSE 100, Private Banks, Hedge Funds, Retail Head offices and more! You will be building on existing relationships, providing an exceptional level of service as well as developing new business, visiting clients and keeping them aware of market updates.

The ideal candidates will already be successful Recruitment Consultants, Managers or teams. You may be restricted in the markets you are working in or frustrated with your earnings being capped and feel like just a cog in the wheel, with no voice and no appreciation! We are seeking those entrepreneurs of the recruitment world who have drive, commitment, ability, passion and can build their own operation. Experience in the commercial sector would be preferred but good consultants with other sector backgrounds will also be considered. In addition you will have a successful billing record and will be highly motivated, confident, credible with first class communication skills.

You will be working alongside leaders of the industry, with an amazing level of expertise, warmth and professionalism.
