Love Success recruitment service and support to applicants goes beyond their competitors

There is not a bad word I can say about Love Success...and that is not a sentence I usually say about agencies! All the girls I have spoken to have been absolutely amazing.

To be completely honest, I had never heard of Love Success before they contacted me regarding some roles at Deloitte. Since that initial phone call, I have been completely satisfied with their service.

When I was initially invited to interview and register with Love Success, I was surprised at how quickly all the information was emailed over to me. It literally appeared about two minutes after I had hung up the phone! That initial email contained all the information I needed to ensure I was fully prepared for my meeting with them.

On the day I met Jo and she was a complete breath of fresh air. From my experience with working with agencies, most if not all representatives come across very forceful and for me personally, I feel that I am just another potential candidate to them and that they don't take real notice of my needs etc. This was not the case with Jo. She genuinely seemed interested in what I had to say and what I was looking for. Another factor that both surprised and impressed me was that it was evident Jo had read my CV before the meeting as she asked specific questions about the information on my CV, as opposed to other agencies who ask questions about things that would be evident if they had looked at my CV before any meetings.

During the meeting, Jo told me that somebody would be calling me on the Monday morning to discuss my initial registration with Love Success. Sure enough on Monday I received a call! Every time I have been promised a call, I have received one which is fantastic customer service in my opinion. When I was called for interview, Nicola told me what next steps would be taken and when, which I found helpful because as a (previous) job seeker myself, there is nothing worse than the waiting for feedback and information. Over the course of the three weeks I have been acquainted with Love Success, I must commend Nicola, Jo and Laura (?) for their constant support and help. You all should be really proud of yourselves.

When I was put forward for the role in Deloitte, I was so happy because I felt that Jo had really listened to the type of company I wanted to work for and what criteria I was looking for. Leading up to the interview and after the interview while I was awaiting feedback, I can honestly say that Love Success were brilliant in the sense that they called me every other day just with an update, which I found extremely helpful. And then I got the job!!

I can honestly say that Love Success are the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are thorough, personable and have excellent customer service. I am so happy that they gave me a chance, and in turn, Deloitte have now taken me on as an employee. I cannot thank the girls enough for all of their hard work.

In a nutshell, Love Success are by far, a cut above the rest, and I think anybody who has a chance to work with them should as they will never receive an agency experience like the one I have received through Love Success. I am very grateful that they spotted my CV :).
