Nicola Solly

Nicola Solly - Operations Director (London)

Nicola has carved out an exciting career in recruitment. Having worked in recruitment for 12 years, Nicola started at Office Angels as a Permanent Consultant before moving to Huntress for 8 years where she quickly progressed from Consultant to Manager. As Manager she swiftly refined her leadership, training, coaching and mentoring skills. Nicola was the lead Consultant for many of the key clients where she nurtured productive and successful relationships. Having worked in the London market for the last 8 years, Nicola is excited to be a business partner in a new venture whose foundation is built on bringing back genuine personal service.

Jo Higgins - Senior Executive Consultant

Jo has 12 years Commercial recruitment experience in Central London. Having started her career as a permanent consultant in the Commercial market, she has since forged strong client relationships with both SMEs and global organisations across a diverse range of industries. Jo's experience ranges from creating and implementing high volume recruitment campaigns nationally, to working intimately with clients and candidates on niche requirements. Over the years Jo has built up a vast market knowledge which has given her credibility and boosted her consultative offering to both candidates and clients.

Jo has worked with us previously for over three years at a former agency as a key Manager and now joins us as a Shareholder in our business.

Jane Kelly

Jane Kelly - Senior Executive Consultant

Jane graduated with a Degree in French and Spanish from Trinity College Dublin prior to pursuing a career in the recruitment industry. Drawn to the fast pace, diversity of sectors and industries, and the exposure to a wide range of businesses and their strategies and culture, Jane found her ideal career. With 15 years of experience in central London, first at Adecco, then at Huntress as a Senior Consultant, Jane has extensive experience and knowledge of running high profile recruitment campaigns for SMEs and blue chips across a range of sectors including management consultancy, finance and property. Jane is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a shareholder in an organisation that genuinely cares about matching the right candidate with the right employer.

Lizzie

Lizzie Jolly - Senior Executive Consultant

Lizzie has worked within the recruitment industry for nine years, specialising in the Commercial market. Starting her career as a Recruitment Support Executive, Lizzie progressed in her own right as an Executive Consultant to forge long standing and successful relationships with clients from a variety of industry sectors including Deloitte, Cancer Research UK and G4S Risk Management. She has experience of recruiting both temporary, interim and permanent roles across all levels of salaries. Lizzie prides herself on the relationships she builds with candidates and clients alike and the time she invests into tailoring a personal and successful service.

 Mark

Mark Hassan-Ali, Senior Executive Consultant

Mark started his career in a National agency before launching a new office in Maidstone for Julia Vassie and Jane Atherton. Mark's energy, tenacity and willingness enabled the office to forge to a leading business within the Kent area. Mark was instrumental in building strong partnerships with The Daily Telegraph and Rail Europe by supplying a managed service for volume recruitment on a project basis. Mark's strengths are working with his clients and listening to their future goals and visions, and suggesting avenues to support these to ensure they are met. Always priding himself on putting the client and candidates needs first and offering a personal service. After making a huge impact and becoming one of the most successful consultants, Mark headed towards the London Arena supporting the entertainment industry including Warner Brothers and Universal Pictures. We are delighted Mark has joined Love Success as a shareholder and he will be key in building and servicing our clients within the London area.

Michele

Michelle Singh, Senior Executive Consultant

Michelle has over 8 years recruitment experience and has worked in the commercial market building strong and enduring relationships with clients ranging from FTSE 100 clients with high volume regular requirements, to a number of smaller independent companies with lower scale niche needs. Michelle's clients and candidates rely on her knowledge of the City and West end market to advise them and guide them through the recruitment process. Michelle is a true ambassador to Love Success and strives daily to deliver an exceptional personal service and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and candidates. Michelle has created her own milestones through out her recruitment career and just loves what she does best.

Lisa

Lisa Fowler, Executive Consultant

Lisa began her career in Sales and Events before moving into Recruitment. As a natural people person, Lisa found the move to recruitment an easy one. She most recently worked in PR recruitment, where she recruited freelance roles across all sectors at all levels and gained a vast amount of knowledge about the PR industry. Lisa is very passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Lisa joins us to work within the Temporary team.

  Laura

Laura Speller - Recruitment Resourcer

Laura started as an Office Manager in a Retail Consultancy before moving into recruitment. This is Laura's fourth year in the recruitment industry, starting out with Office Angels as a Recruitment Administrator. Laura has gained experience resourcing for a variety of industries within London and all levels of business support roles from Administrators to HR Directors. Laura brings her expert resourcing skills to the Love Success team and is delighted to be working alongside an experienced and passionate group of people.

Cheney Hoareau - Recruitment Resourcer

Cheney is one of our real superstars!  With a solid background in administration and retail recruitment, Cheney has recently been promoted to Recruitment Resourcer - a much deserved promotion!  Cheney is an outstanding resourcer and has a perfect record in ensuring that our Candidates and Clients experience a seamless business and cultural fit.  With an exceptional service record, our Candidates and Clients both comment on Cheney's obvious level of commitment and passion for her role. 

 Alison

Allison Upton - Marketing Manager

Allison has over 10 years experience in marketing with experience in; financial software, media, recruitment and most recently a leading management consultancy. With over 8 years experience in recruitment marketing, she was responsible for generating marketing and branding activities to support the growth of two separate agencies that went on to achieve a turnover of over £90million, one of those being our old company Huntress, so we are delighted to be working with her once again! She has established innovative customer service and CSR programmes that went on to win numerous awards. She particularly enjoys working on initiatives that increase customer experience and achieve added-value for the end-users. Allison is also Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified.
